Never saw the point, I'm a bit like that with carpaccio and steak tartare, just plain laziness.

I disagree completely. Having spent over twenty years in the 'real world' and now working in education, I've seen both sides. Education is in crisis.

Wife working as a TA and quite shocking teachers having to fund basic items for pupils, many decent teachers walking. The jobs got harder due to attitude of kids, also parents that think thier child is the only one in the school, management putting pressure on teachers and government wanting ridiculous results that detract from important issues= CRISIS.
