What would you have done differently today?

It’s ok saying don’t play Brunker etc but our defence is an embarrassment. Quite possibly the worst we have had in the last ten years if not more. Weak and disorganised and slow.

If you concede goals at crucial times you are on the back foot constantly and will lose games. Yes we are not scoring loads either but we give ourselves no chance conceding the way we do.

We got two clean sheets and 4 points last week. Go back to torrid defending and we get none. We are in desperate need of a couple of Center backs. Collins let kilgallon go and wants shooting for it

 

Better to leave now than have to suffer being sacked by a buffoon.

Thank God I only live 15 mins away from accy I can start getting pissed early tonight because that was embarrassing. No desire or effort what so ever Doyle apart from his goal did absolutely feck all. The defence is a shambles and if Kai is footballer my 6 year old son starts next week against Rochdale. One thing I will say is why so many changes to the starting line up when we have a good account of ourselfs last week.

 

Hopkin has to take a big slice of the blame for that team and formation he put out.
Three at the back just doesn’t work. A back four worked well last week, go back to three and they look completely lost.
A workmanlike Accy completely outplayed us, taking the piss at times.

Well David didn't mince his words. Right rocket up the arse for the players. He sounded very angry.

@Idlebantam Nothing in your post love, I think you forgot to say it's all Abbotts fault.

 

Good but i hope he took the blame for the poor team selection too. I like what hopkin has tried to implement but he got it so wrong today it was embarrassing.

 

They are limited but played to their strengths and were by far the better side. Could have been 5 or 6 if they had taken their chances. We really are a poor side.
