All about context, something you don't some to understand. Where I do agree with you on the draw situation is two or three games ago when It was admitted we set out not to lose. Something I'll never agree with. That wasn't the situation with the Bolton game, that draw was against a team going for promotion in a game where we had been generally outplayed. We didn't set out for a draw it was the circumstance of the game. Its like today, its the context of the game. If we don't play well but get a draw I don't want the management coming out claiming its a good point. It isn't.

T&S have probably saved the club this season (we were going down before they took over) and ought to be recognised for that
They have now been found out with the style of football they play wouldn't go as far as Bowyeresque just yet
The next part is if they can build a team capable of promotion and more importantly consolidate in L1
The over zealous celebrations with the Bolton draw show how much they care and it must have seemed like a victory to them judging how the game evolved but the big question is can they take us forward to where we need to be Draws won't do that they need to discover the winning formulation and realise (which am sure they do) an abundance of draws arent going to get a team promoted
That winning mentality needs instilling now to carry forward into what will be a very important next season

The draw against Bolton seemed like a victory to most people coming so late against a team who were and still are on a great run.
There is no point in setting up a way of playing and abandoning it after a couple of set backs it’s a decent fluid system which can be tweaked. In any case It’s not about the system it’s the form of the players. It’s fans who criticised three at the back under McCall and when we try and play 442 it’s “Hoofball”. They should stick to their guns and do any adaptations in the summer whilst bringing in the right players

I agree if we don't get all 3 points then any thoughts of a play off place will be difficult (not mathematically impossible) to achieve, I am disappointed that one player Callum Cooke could have such a bearing on our last few results/performances, although it was an encouraging January window I can't understand why we didn't sign cover for that position in midfield.
Colchester aren't having the best of times https://bantamtalk.com/index.php?threads/away-v-colchester-united-sat-march-27th-3-00pm.4869/#post-479461 so as you say 3 point or bust.

I have disliked Colchester for 60 years since they beat City 9-1.
Away wins there are always sweeter, so hoping the shooting has improved on Tuesday's performance.
