Totally agree and I think this is where whoever is playing behind him at LCB becomes so important, as well as the covering holding-CM. For me, that LCB should be Crichlow, allowing Shepherd to play CB and Baldwin RCB.

I believe Crichlow is the type of player who best understands Tayo’s game whilst having the attributes to cover him when he does bomb forward.

We’re really going to need Tayo and Halliday’s outlet on Saturday and the back 3 and holding CM are essential to this. GA simply has to change the back 3 if all available are fully fit (minus Kelly). Reality is I think Byrne will keep the shirt.

Again you really dont understand Twitter. Yeh there are idiots on there, and also those with limited knowledge of football (hint hint) but it is also used by respected journalists, pundits etc. Its all about WHO you follow.

Just give up. You dont have a clue.

Tayo was decent , Molyneaux was poor and Critch helped by doubling up on him .

He was decent enough when on loan
    Has he progressed though
If yes then he might find a club a bit above us

All depends if he's progressed a bit since being here. He looked very good in some games although wasn't that great in other but could definitely be worth a look and would fit the mantra of defenders that can pass and carry the ball that Alexander likes

His dad still loves us and often comments about our games on twitter. Not a good enough reason to consider taking his pretty average (imo) son back though.

    Bit harsh maybe
He was 21 when on loan with us, so still only 23
6 ft 4 and a bit of pace
Not sure how well he has done at Ross County
But it’s definitely a level above what we are currently playing at

If we're in L2, why not. In L1, nah.

He's barely played in the year since leaving our place so how much progress has been made?. He's had 10 starts for Ross County, 6 defeats and 2 clean sheets. He was dropped for a game too it looks like.

Just a thought but the additional 8k fans on Saturday will go a long way to funding a player for next year.

Over £300,000 for the last 4 games extra income

I reckon that should be enough for 3 solid L1 types.

Tomkinson is similar to Crichlow for me but obviously on the right side of defence. He likes to play from the back but can occasionally get beat in tight areas. He has a burst of pace over a short distance but is he that robust defender who takes no prisoners?

I would take his teammate Angus Gunn at Norwich who has also been shown the door. He would be a cracking signing but would likely command too big a wage.
