It's a terrible watch, hasn't got going at all.

 

I'm watching too but I actually notice quite a big difference.

It's not a great game but it's more physical and a lot quicker to what we're used to.

 

Pitch looks good, shame they don't play on it a bit more.

 

To be fair, I think in this age of social media, idiots generally get amplified due to both positive and negative reactions causing algorithms to think what they are saying clearly warrants attention. So you seem to see it a lot more than you would previously.

Although, taking Twitter as an example, once you realise half the football accounts on there are 13 year olds with a lot of time on their hands, their poor takes make much more sense.

 

I thought Chesterfield were absolutely abysmal. The lad who gave the pen away, McFadden (?) was a liability all game . Walsall didn’t have to work hard with 5-4-1 whilst the spireites just huffed and puffed . The young keeper for Walsall, Simpkin, timewasting and grinning during his pretend injuries should have been stamped upon.

 

A fair few kids on this did on this forum…. .

 

Interesting that there wasn’t a home with across all 6 playoff games this week 4 away wins and 2 draws

 

I've noticed that before re play off semi's, seems to happen every year, so much pressure from the home fans I guess...

Both keepers in that game were excellent

 

Yes I watched that match. Must say that their pens were dismal. LO definitely deserved the win.

 

Diamond's in particular was ridiculous. Never understood why some players fanny about with the run up like that when it rarely pays off.

 

Simpkin was awful at VP.

 

Agree, just trying to ape their Prem brethren, looks good if they score , if they don’t ……

 

Apart from being played at a frantic pace,I thought this was a poor match.Stockport finishing was awful,and not much skill on display.More optimistic about next season if this was typical league 1.Stockport must be hampered by their small ground,there was a bigger crowd at Oldham for their national league qualifier against Halifax.

 

They've got plans in place to expand the stadium to over 18,000 with the planning permission hearing set for this summer. If they do get the planning permission the first part of them is to expanded the main stand add a hospitality section to it, at the same time they want a new railway end stand to increase it from 1,300 to 4,500 and finally get a roof on it. The long term plans after them is to expand the other side stand and the add some capacity to the main stand on the west side near the big stand behind the goal.

 

Wycombe manager subs off their top scorer at 0-0 and he didn’t look injured, now they’re losing 0-1. What a plonker. Reminds me of Hughes with Scott Bank
