After a discussion at yesterday’s match I was wondering what fellow 25yr holders were planning on doing the year after next.

we were talking and saying we like our seats but don’t really use the suites but need to pay to keep the seats. Chances of finding 6 seats together are going to be slim unless we perform horrendously next season and people don’t renew. So looks like we will be stuck between a rock and a hard place

No decision for me. I sit in Midland Road so never took advantage of the suite offer anyway.

Same for me. I'm not interested in sitting in an aircraft hanger and over paying for crap lager. I've also got great seats with friends and family so I'm more than happy where I am.

I’ve never used the suite because we like our seats in the upper Kop. The rule change last year prevented us even going in the Bantams Bar for a pre match drink.
There’s absolutely no way I’d pay nearly £600 for a ST in the BB, it’s a waste of money. Nothing special in there at all. Food is bland and often cold. You get a beer in a glass, wow big deal

Just renewed for me and the grandson to the tune of £750 although the seats we sit in are not to everyone's taste we enjoy the banter from fellow fans who sit around us, I've used the McCall/Hendrie Suite more since my hip ops as I have a disabled badge till 2026 so park up near the Mosque and have a beer before the game, I'm sure there wil be another increase next season so I'll be paying well over £1000 for our seats, but as the wife says it's not all about cost the time with my grandson can't be replaced very much like you and your son and group.

100% Bronco and I'm sure, without being morbid, once you're gone your grandson will be able to look back on some amazing memories made and a cost can't be applied to how precious those are.

I'm not going anywhere mate we'll be disagreeing for a while yet , with regards the grandson last summer he came down to show me his tattoo, his dad is covered with them but he said he'd never have one, so I feel blessed that he had this tattooed on his forearm, saying when I'm gone he'll still be taking me down to Valley Parade .

I have a great seat on the halfway line in C Block main stand. Not in the slightest interested in giving that up and paying through the nose for crap beer in a cheerless upstairs suite. I’ll stick to my prime seat and good beer in the Fighting *@?$ thank you very much.

If we could get seats together couple of rows back, out of the suite section we would be out of there like a flash as the view is good and as everyone has said the beer is shit, not that I drink, and the food is poor.

I very much expect I will continue in the McCall Suite.

I don't drink so not fussed about the quality or otherwise of the beer. All my mates who go are in there. I think the food is alright for the price, and I'd rather eat at a table on a plate with proper cutlery.

I'm getting older. I'm quite happy to pay the extra for a bit more comfort, accepting that it isn't exactly fine dining.

Over the years I've been in pretty much every level of ticket/hospitality, from basic Kop seat through Bantams Bar, McCall Suite, boxes and boardroom.

I think the McCall Suite is about the best value for money of them all.

I’ll give you the food is better than the banqueting, but that isn’t saying much

Like others it's no decision for me. I've sat in the same seat in the Midland Road since it opened in it's current form. I genuinely can't believe it's the last year. I remember joking about what age I'd be when they expired and now I am that old! I'll never move from that seat as it's where I sat with my Dad for all those years and now my daughter has his seat since he died (albeit she doesn't come to many games, yet!). To think I've seen us in all 4 divisions over the past 25 years and a couple of decent cup runs to boot. Hopefully many more good memories yet to be made from that vantage point.

I’ll be sticking with my seat in upper Kop. Had it since seated Kop opened. Just like @Crosby, can’t believe the 25 years are nearly all up.

Never used a suite and over the years have used the 25 year ticket to transfer to Kop, Midland Road, upper Main Stand and happily for the last four or five years in Block E Main Stand. We’ve moved around as grand children have got older, but will be staying in E block.
