    The lad may be good but what does this say for our so called philosophy? We have a 19yr old midfielder of our own who has scored half of our goals this season and O'Brien is likely to take his place. Do we even have a strategy anymore?

    Happy to give the lad a chance. There wasn't much fuss over the likes of Burke, Cullen & Guy when they initially joined but they turned out ok. He has a chance to establish a place because none of the central midfielders have performed thus far. It doesn't seem out of the question that O'Brien & Colville would start ahead of Akpan & Wright soon enough.

    As @bantam2708@bantam2708 says though, it doesn't look great on the "strategy". Is that it for Reeves? It also pushes Devine, Hawkes & Peters further away from a break.

    Who knows, maybe we have an option to sign after his loan spell? Lets be honest he'll bring, like Gibson and Colville, more drive and enthusiasm than our current midfield 2.

    Funny thing is if Collins had turned out too be a tactical genius and we were 5 wins from 5, people would probably be welcoming him with open arms. Probably nothing to do with him all the negativity, so it's a shame he's getting flack before a ball is kicked but some just don't have a rational brain to separate different issues.

    A season long loan but an option to recall him in January , so if we do start turning things around both him and Payne could be recalled in January. Whoever agreed to this wants sacking and City shouldn't have taken them on loan and got someone else in.
