150-200k he can go for me kavanagh proven he can score goals and be a perfect partner for cook , and if it gives us chance to bring in a back up for Smallwood then think it’s an avenue to be explored

 

Cook or Kavanagh get injured/suspended/ are off form or Kav gets called up for international duty again and that leaves us with Oliver and Smith. Yeah, great idea.

 

We are hardly going to miss him if he goes. Done nothing at all for us.

If Young moves they will probably bring another in

 

Smith perfectly decent back up in league 2, in ideal world we move smith out on loan and bring in a replacement for young but sometimes there’s more pressing priorities elsewhere in squad. Young done nothing for us and he’s only done well over a few months at Swindon that’s it

 

Well, they have money as they sold a central defender for a significant fee recently.

 

We just know that when we are losing 1-0 at home to Bromley,Young will have scored a hat trick for Stevenage.

 

If Young isn't working in training or still has some issue with the club, then let him go. But otherwise his willingness and ability to hit the goal from outside the box gives us something different. If...and granted its a big If...he can get anywhere near his Swindon form, it's a no brainer we should keep him.

 

Ridiculous take. He has never been given a fair chance at City to prove himself here but has shown in the limited time he has been given that he is definitely worth persevering with. He played just 7 times for us in the league under Hughes for a total of 269 minutes - the equivalent of 3 full games and in that time, he scored 2 goals. He also scored 2 in the EFL Cup from playing a total of just 69 minutes. Unfortunately though, it appears he isn't appreciated or wanted by a lot if fans and possibly his manager too.
Definitely a bantams thing.

 

Yes but not if tossers like player agents and two hats like Nixon unsettle him. We have been here before remember? Everyone thought the sillyness had ended , seemingly not? Whilst all this is taking place he’s not getting fit and his career is stagnating. It will soon be a year when this “will he won’t he” started and in that period he’s gone backwards career wise massively imho.

 

As yet the picture is unclear but if Alexander doesn’t want him along with Hughes and Wild there is something wrong somewhere.

 

I see Stubbs didn't get any minutes yesterday. 5th or 6th choice now. I think it's fair to assume his time is up with us.

 

If Young goes we need another forward that Alexander wants. This is a big call from Alexander
