going to Plymouth in the January, set the lad back in my opinion and knocked his confidence.
It was the wrong move for him after just a few games.

We all saw a player in his first spell. Think back to the play offs, we were 1 attacker short rather than having to bring Platt on. The way he was playing, had we signed him rather than Plymouth, I feel that Wembley would have been the very least. He came back last season, short of match fitness and possibly short of confidence but GA has seen a player. I know you like your throw away comments but am sure you will get behind him like the rest of us, Like any signing, this can go either way but I am quite optimistic.

 

He Wass injured and a bit Lowe at ;Plymouth and can to us unfit. When he was on top form/confidence the first time he played in defence to midfield and attacker he was all over the park... Fingers crossed

I agree Steve. These are the sort of signings we should be making, ones that are clearly a gamble and players that clearly aren't the finished article but have shown ability and can hopefully mature and improve whilst with us.

Not true though is it. I agree he started very slowly but with match fitness he was getting better all the time and finished the season strongly in a successful team. This can only be a good signing and the manager had a good luck at him and he thought so as well.
