    Happy with that it may split the fan base but he’s certainly got something and when he moved to LWB we had a good end to the season, a full pre season and coaching in that role and hopefully he’ll do well.

    Meh, hope we still sign a young left wing back n loan as I'd rather we played players in their actual positions.

    No real strong feelings, just seems a bit weird as he's a winger.

    Well GA fancies him as a LWB and he can offer some width in an attacking position if we need to change it up formation wise. We dont have many wide men so im ok with this one. Paid a fee, decent age and has something. We saw it under Hughes anyway.

    I’m also a big meh.

    Not sure he pulled up the trees as much as some are making out at the end of last season.

    Apart from the first half against a woeful Accrington (where he was a lot further forward and not LWB) I’m struggling to remember a massive impact in any game.

    But he’s here now and hopefully he can get better at LWB if that’s where he’s going to play.

    He definitely needs to improve his defensive capabilities though as I thought he seemed a bit lightweight.

    Why not sign a player who is a capable and an established lwb able to defend and get forward from game one. Wright will be learning the position and it is not guaranteed he will be success.

    Most wing backs are either converted full backs (Halliday) or tracking back wingers. Wright has got the attributes to make that position as he was starting to show good competition with Richards
