Noah Wadsworth has signed for Hull.

Seen these types before. Seen a few sign for Barnsley and Burnley.

 

Ive always said Johnson could be a decent signing. Makes sense but its not a signing of intent - and when you throw in Byrne and Baldwin to the equation, it just looks like we done the defence on the cheap.

 

Connor Sellars is coach of the U21s with Billy Clarke as assistant. No risk signing for Hull for their u21s, could be one for us to keep an eye on as maybe a loan option next season if he has a good season with their u21s

 

If he stays fit he will be a good signing. There's obviously some doubt around that though, given it's only a one year deal.

It looks like this player's club are holding up a deal or it has fallen through, if we don't hear anything by the weekend it probably suggests it has fallen through if we thought we had a chance of getting him by now.

I don't think it will be a likely option but if he was as close to being offered a deal as Alexander claimed then in a years time if he has a good season and progresses well he could be an option.

 

Maybe a trip down to Rawdon Meadows in the morning .

 

Appreciate there are a few who were underwhelmed by his return but his first spell was superb. Permanent deal is a bonus too. GA has seen enough so will trust him on this one.

You can't compare the two. Hendrie is barely a league level footballer while Caddis played much of his career in the Championship.

 

Me too. He's got the physical attributes to do well, at least at this level and if he improves then potentially the level above too so I'd be pretty happy with this signing.
