Unfortunately as Faithful pointed out, he did exactly the same in 2018.

 

Let's hope this is the start of change at the club obviously actions speak louder than words .The atmosphere at valley parade has been toxic for weeks and we have been mismanaged for years.
Maybe now we can start to progress because we were heading for the National league next season if the mood of the fans was anything to go by!

 

Maybe, Stefan had planned to make his annual match day visit for the Mansfield game,
Supposed big match and all .
Realised how poor it really is and kept a more open eye on results since.
Thus calling Sparks over for a meeting and hopefully telling him, its not good enough, how you are looking after my investment.

Well... Let's just wait and see if Mr. Rupp has finally leant an important less... But more importantly LEARNS from it.

 

From reading it I think the first thing RS does next week is extend ST sales to the first week in May

Next will be to appoint a DOF who will answer to him (no chance of that)
Then hope things improve
No chance of anything changing
Protest carry on till we see improvement

 

Suppose a miracle does happen and Rupp sticks to his promises - he invests in the playing budget and provides a wage for a DOF.

It's still Sparks who will be responsible for appointing that DOF - the same man who has failed in every single appointment he's made at this club. And it will be Sparks and Gent responsible for spending the increased budget, the two men who have contributed to some of the worst squads in living memory.

Nothing will change whilst Sparks remains.

 

Sparks realising he is on his last legs and jumping on a plane. Literally could have had these conversations a week or two ago in the UK. I swear his statement in 2018/2019 when Rahic left was basically a copy and paste of a lot of this. Says a lot without saying anything.

Feels like a panic move. Am I reading this right, or are they saying other clubs have more money that us, so our squad is naff? When we played Notts on Sky, the commentator said we had the 4th highest budget in the league. When Mansfield played the other week, they said they had the 2nd highest budget..... so it's Wrexham, Mansfield, club X and Us..... i dont think this is a reason at all, just another excuse.

 

Don't they only recommend players to the manager, hopefully GA has the final say.
