Good luck to him. He seems a nice character, but I agree with @Ulysses S Grant he was not the same player after the leg break - although we did only see 6 minutes of him beforehand.
Alexander has given him every opportunity but clearly has decided he is not good enough.

He's offered Jermaine Defoe and John Terry roles in the coaching team. If they accept, I'd be delegating all press duties to those lads

 

He's a player that needs to play week in, week out. He's not the most consistent, but can see him causing problems given he's quite erratic. Seemed to be rated before coming here and getting injured.
