There's a good third of the season left. It's not looking great, but the season isn't actually over as far as promotion as a possibility. 5 points off the play offs. Yes we'll need to hit an extended run of form, but it's not completely off the table.

Relegation? Probably off the agenda now (thankfully).

But what do you think we will achieve?

Too many bad teams for us to be scared of the drop, we've probably got enough on the board now to stay up. I can't see the team having the consistent play to challenge the play off slots.

Now with a new keeper, a new relationship has to be forged with the back line. We're probably going to have some dodgy goals or ropey defensive moments in the next month, just until that connection comes. Also, if Young comes in he has to create a partnership with Cook as they've barely featured together but if he goes and a new striker comes in, same story. Smith and Cook hasn't really clicked as of yet, to challenge we need a 2 to pair up.

We'll probably win a few games against top teams we shouldn't, probably lose 2 or 3 to the bottom 5 in the league. It's just going to be a weird last 20 games, probably 6 or 7 wins, draws and losses equally shared.

Depends on the window and how GA knocks them into shape. Right now anything could happen. Losing Lewis and replacing him with a journeyman isn’t setting the pulse racing but it’s about being stronger than before the window. Lots of change coming.

Any team not accepting mediocrity should finish play offs minimum

Ha, I was just going to say that if we have a great run we might be able to aspire to mediocrity.

    I think 8-12th.

not comfortable with us pawning assets in Jan but GAs had chance to look at most of our lads now due to our cup involvement.

a lot basically depends on injuries.

We miss Walker. Losing Patto is a blow.

Any knock to Cook would ruin us.
