Take this how you want, and I genuinely want/ need us to be successful for my mental health, but there is something in the "at least we aren't Bury" statement.

Their supporters were riding the dream, been promoted, seemingly doing well and signing quality players, then BANG, their rogue owner is found out.

I hate being where we are in the league, I hate the perceived lack of ambition, but at least we go into every season with renewed hope and one day it will happen.

 

I think both will go. Sparks will be happy that we are away in deep Essex, if it had been a home game I think everything would have been rushed through. I’m expecting Doyle to start on Saturday and a replacement brought in next week. One things for sure is one good save and it’ll be Harry who? One mistake that costs us and they’ll be a riot, there’s never an inbetween with this club. Sometimes I think it’s run the way it is because the football on the pitch os so dull at times so Sparks wants to make it into a serial drama off the pitch to keep us entertained lol.

 

We could all see what was looming at Bury they simply massively overspent what was coming in we aint ............. we aint talking throwing millions at it with FFP i doubt we could anyhow ..........we are talking about a leader an owner who will at least get on board with the fans ambitions somebody who cares unlike Rupp.

Btw as bad as Bury FC have dropped would it really shock you if they passed us with another 5 years of Rupp ???
