My thoughts on the game, im not gonna give ratings because I dont think any of them, barring 3, deserve more than a 6

Lewis - Made some wordly saves, but he kind of stuck us in the shit by conceding 2 soft goals, that can both probably be credited to his mistakes

Halliday - Not his best game by any means, but the best of the back 4

Taylor an Stubbs - You know the weakness with these two, why in the feck would you play a high line against a team that has quick, agile players. Its the equivalent of playing Harry Maguire against Kylian Mbappe. Exposed repeatedly

Ridehalgh - Back to his usual standard. He has the knowledge to do a job there, but he's past it in terms of playing ability. Bring Richards back in

Gillead - Probably MOTM for me. Did his job, well taken goal

Pointon - Also did well, couldnt really do much considering the rest of the team was acting like shadows

Osadabe - How he stayed on as long as he did is a mystery to me

Wilson - Not the right game for him

Cook - Looks injured

Mcdonald - As a player, poor. Didnt have the legs to run the midfield, some nice passing, but the lack of defensive ability showed

As a manager - Poor. should of known better than to have himself, Taylor an Stubbs in the middle of the park, without the additional legs required. Gillead an Pointon may of played their part, but Osadabe is lazy an as is Wilson. Ridehalgh an Halliday arent quick enough to cover the gaps. Should of made changes sooner, both at the back and on the wings. Should of gone to 3 in the middle, should of had Smith alongside Cook rather than on the wing

All in all, very very poor. If we lost 8-1 tonight, I wouldnt even complain at the scoreline, id of said we got lucky

 

Horror show. MK kept it simple football, whilst we looked like we never played football before.

Some very poor decisions by our players instead of an easy ball we chose the cross field pass.

 

Kiwomya can’t be getting paid for this shite surely?

 

This leaner and meaner squad is that lean there is only 8 or 9 good enough for the first team. We end up bringing players off the bench that shouldnt be getting off the coach

Agree, but you can also see he has the players to play the way that has walked all over us tonight.

 

I think Alex Pattison and Adam Wilson have potential. Smith looks okay, but would be better in a 2 up front.

Ash Taylor is very poor, and I'm so disappointed with Oduor. I just don't understand what he's meant to be. He has no obvious upside?

The loanees are just young kids who don't seem to fit in.

 

Stubbs was awful yes but Taylor was bloody awful.

 

No over reactions here but that genuinely looked like a good league 2 team v a bottom end national league team riding their luck. The players slipped right back to doing what they were doing under Hughes.

The truth is Ash Taylor & Osadabe are no where near good enough they are both bottom end league 2 players. Osadebe gives the ball away nearly everytime he gets the ball and shouldn'tbe in the team. I was delighted we signed KM but hes been poor on the pitch but hes done OK temp charge. We're reliant on a lad in his first season in the first team to drive us on its ridiculous!

Times come even for the most patient of fans Rupp needs to sell up. Sparks needs to be relieved of any input/management/decision maing on the footballing side of the club.
