    To be fair to Rupp, then the majority of Premiership Clubs and a significant number of those in the Championship have foreign owners.
    Bury, Rochdale, Scunthorpe, Southend, Hartlepool and a host of other clubs who have failed in League Two, have had ‘local’ owners.
    Sparks has now been at City for six years, which is long enough to gain a working knowledge of football.
    Perhaps we do need a Director of Football, l personally don’t know if that would help?
    Does our Head of Recruitment active in a passive manner I.e. just scout sign players on a specification from the manager, or actively comment on other issues. We do seem to have a bloated squad, quantity rather than quality.

    Once it's in the National Press, that MH had the Tranmere game to save his job, then Parker probably thinks he can write what he wants.

    Yep I agree on that. I don't have much praise for Sparks, but that is one thing he cannot be blamed for to be fair

    Currently as caretaker manager at Wigan. Success previously there , so would he fancy another shot at Wigan?

    I’d happily go for the Barnet or Gateshead manager, both up and coming managers and play good football. Could be a similar pull to Ian Evatt.

    Williamson would be my choice. Fantastic style of football and plenty of goals. Not sure what style Brennan plays but if he's along the same lines then I'm happy with that too.
