I get candidates ordinarily might not want to drop down to L2 but some look at us as bigger than L2 ‘if’ they can get it right and many believe they might be the man to do it. Don’t ask don’t get.

Well after our encounters last season I've always kept an eye on this forum, good crack, decent fans and I've always been made to feel welcome.
However if you appoint those two Muppets my irrational liking of the Bantams might take a sudden and devastating dive, utter morons the pair of them.

Nothing joyful about this at all. I wanted nothing more than Hughes to be successful and I’m gutted for us (club and supporters) and him that it didn’t work.

I feel pretty empty about the whole topic and placing a player with zero dugout experience (not disrespect to Macdonald) however short a time it lasts, makes me doubt the leadership level at the club even more.

Genuine question - what level of manager do we realistically think we can afford/attract??

I think many Bradford City supporters would be very surprised at some of the names who'll be sending off their applications over the next few hours.

There is a great opportunity for someone to take your club and make a real name for themselves.

Mark Hughes was a big name but he wasn't the man to manage a League Two team. Those choosing the next man will be spoilt for choice. I hope they make the right one and choose the Cowley brothers.
