I think it's all over, but Sparks has to have the guts to call Hughes into his office and explain - while Hughes completely disagrees - that's it time.

I'd understand Hughes' position, because it's only 2 league defeat in a row... but that's not the problem.

Awful performance against Grimsby and Harrogate where our massive squad looked like a complete waste of money.

He might have been right. Mark Hughes is equally arrogant, thick skinned, boring and competent as DA!

 

I sensed that as well, listening to raynor. They normally latch onto any slight positive to spin, but even he questioned if MH’s time was up.

to be fair to him changing managers hasn't worked. He will find it hard to come back from here, this season has been pretty shambolic from the very first game and the sending off and defeat.

As much as I am not convinced abut Hughes, i'm not convinced we would recruit anyone better

 

He stopped yet again, just gave up....only another season after this to watch him jog and stop

 

We all should be worried the position we are in,that second half again was really poor and we made a poor tranmere team look half decent.

 

I have a feeling there will be some very disappointed Bradford City fans tomorrow I don't think we'll sack him.

Yes and my guess is that Smallwood is not putting it in for the team. There is something about him I don’t like. He will be livid on being dropped from the team and captaincy.

 

Hughes was so desperate he rushed back Patison and now how long will one of our goal threats be out ?
