    thgink you just need to look closer. It is under purchase history. Find your season ticket and click the little i. Then scroll down past all the games that haven’t happened yet until you hit Doncaster and it will say 20 points

    I missed the game, again, but still got my points, again. So just like last season.

    2 question to those people that say they didn’t get points.

    1) where do you sit
    2) have you looked at your purchase history to check which games have given you 20 points and which haven’t

    Everyone has their own agenda, different things work for different people.
    But guaranteed nothing works for everyone.

    Likewise. My points are correct but I can't access the details.

    Using the app to access the ticketing site, it shows me my Loyalty Points in total but nothing further. I was expecting to simply click on the section to see how my total points was built up. Whereas the other sections such as Favourite Seat and Add Friends & Family have their title in claret and further details can be accessed by simply clicking the Title, the loyalty point title is in black and clicking on it does nothing. It's just the same if I access the ticketing site from the club's website.

    Maybe I'm doing something wrong or expecting too much. What are others doing to see the details behind their Loyalty Point total?

    Press 'i' on the game in your history.
    For season ticket, it will give you points per game.

    Thanks, I've done that. Wow, that's an awful lot of data to plough through to check the detail behind the points total! I can't imagine many people doing that .. with or without a calculator! I was expecting something simpler.

    I should get more points because I buy a season ticket and I upgrade too a suite putting a extra £120 into the club a season …..

    I've copied my QR code and given it to ten friends (well two friends and eight randomers) so I expect 200 loyalty points per match to be coming my way. Plus £100 at £10 per QR code
