New club crest

I really don't understand this obsession with clubs changing their traditional, sometimes iconic club badges.

Why not just keep it as it is which so many of us for decades have been affiliated with and focus more on how we're going to get promoted.

would be interesting if we moved away from the "bantams". always get banter for being a fan of a small chicken club. beats the gas either way.

 

Hopefully we get rid of that bloody star, I know we are tinpot but that makes us look even moreso.

Worked for me and I have absolutely savaged them on it. Here are the comments I have put in the final box

The club feels like it is run by small children or escapees from a lunatic asylum. The owner has no commitment whatsoever to making the club a success and taking it up the leagues, you rely on blind faith from the supporters and give gimmicks back rather than genuine attempts to succeed. Derek Adams is the right manager, just back him and put all your energy into promotion from the khazi league before we as supporters get stalled of false promises and vote with our feet. Our CEO is a glorified twitter expert and has no real idea of what is required to make the club a success. If he did his main concentration would be on employing a consultancy company to find us a new owner rather than inane tweets and empty gestures/ sound bites. This club is at best five years away from becoming a small player in league two with a big ground that will never be filled. The clubs post fire history appears to mean nothing to the current ownership/ management and they seem intent to turn us into happy clappy supporters who will accept mediocre performance. Rupp needs to sell and Sparks needs to go and work for Facebook or Radio Leeds. One final thing, I don't care if we won promotion in 1982 in white shirts, they are not appropriate at all to the history of Bradford City and I object strongly to them as a home kit.

 

Bravo. I wish I could do the survey again and really stick it to them, instead I just stated ‘This survey is pointless stick to getting us out of this league’.

 

How about we concentrate on the shite on the pitch . That’s our identity you clowns . We don’t need to change the badge . Since rupp bought this club I have slowly started falling out of love with it . They just don’t get it at all

 

I wasn’t going to bother but now I’ve got a bit of free time (10 days) I think I might let them have my thoughts.

 

Would the EFL allow us to play on a concrete pitch though?

 

I can agree with the above sentiments but many businesses rely on consumer feedback to enable the delivery of a better service..so I don't think it child's play really. Certainly not happy with having an invisible owner with whom there is no frequent dialogue or interaction with the Club's fans.

 

I'm not against changing the crest but half the questions on that survey were just wishy washy bollocks.

Make a few mockup designs and ask fans to vote for one of them or keep the original. Not hard.

 

I don’t agree with all of it but you missed the bit about training at a school.

 

I’ll add that getting the club out of division four in the right direction should be higher up the list of priorities than the 120th anniversary. I mean, 120? It’s normally in 25 year intervals after 100 surely? What next? A new shirt to celebrate 18 years since we drew 1-1 with West Brom?

Why does it need changing though ? Look at Juventus new badge it’s absolutely horrific.
