Maintaining VP

pretty standard commercial contract , i am responsable for a lot of the maintenance on the building i rent for my business. nothing like the cost of vp though, thank god.

 

Normal for a commercial lease. Wait until you get into the saga of dilapidations at the end of a lease.

Standard practice on a commercial property. Its only on residential where the landlord pays for upkeep

That is actually the away dug out:, both look the same

 

Looking at the picture I'd say that is the away dugout.

You can see the frame of another dugout to the left which would make that the home and this the away.
