No game 9th of Nov?

    Does anyone know why L1 & 2 are not playing on the 9th of November? There's no FA Cup, League Cup etc. Prem and Championship are playing.

    The 4th and final qualifying round is this coming weekend, so I assume the draw, for the 1st round, will be on Monday. Expect to see the fixtures appear at that point.

    Thanks, I just did some Googling but the FA are not the clearest and neither are sky sports. Kind of a reflection in how important it is as a competition these days

    The draw for the first round is on Monday. The last team drawn from the velvet bag will receive a bye to the next round due to the demise of Bury FC. The lucky team will get £36K for getting through to round 2.

    Lets hope we dont have a game that weekend, as that would mean we had received a bye into the 2nd round, and 36k in the coffers for doing nothing
