But looking forward it's disconcerting to think he left the club in December
That's nearly 5 months ago
We have since had new managers and a transfer window to improve but sadly not
Whatever his tenure has left us with certainly will take some shifting

 

Well I don't know about anyone else but I didn't see that coming.

It doesn't matter that he left 5 months ago, the real damage had been done long before Hopkins arrived. Afraid to say it but I predicted that the January transfer window wasn't going to help us. Not many decent players want to join a sinking ship and those that do would have wanted a big whack.

How can you give a man a 2 year contract that has 7 defeats in a row and was tasked to keep us up with 11 games to go?

We can't take Rahic into league 2 next season, after the false dawn in December we had every chance to help ourselves in the January window.
Everyone presently at the club have now to take full responsibility for playing (?) their part in our downfall...

 

Still three games left yet to further suffer the indignation of relegation. Monday there should be no 'take me home midland road' rubbish, no clapping or cheering from the fans as they come on, just complete and utter silence. And none of that crap before the whistle with sponsors and kids on the pitch. To be relegated with three games still to go is a f*cking embarrassment and should be treat as such.

Rahic signed the shit bags.. his “championship” quality players.. we need to get rid asap or its another relegation next year.. all in all this team deserved to go down.. worst in the league.

100% one of the reasons questions marks have to be had other Rupp and Rhodes is due to the January transfer shambles.

 

The loan situation did not help (yes I know it's the same for everyone) but once we and Hopkin realised this s**t show weren't up for it his hands were tied, like it or not "you f****d our club up Rahic, you alone with no help from others because they knew what questioning you would mean no job.

 

Worst City team ever. And still some will clap them.

They should be, to a man, thrown on the dole never to pull on another team's shirt.

 

what about the signings of NKP, chicksen, mcgowan, reeves? then there was mcnulty and harris vuckic. some of our signings have been poor whether it was mccall, rahic, abbott, collins, drury or hopkin that brought them in.
