What next ????

That was an arguement some put forward at the time, he's taken docunents belonging to Bradford City and left Stuart with a ravaged squad, he chalenged in the T&A at the time.

Going to Bolton might have increased his stock, if Bolton takeover goes ahead and they bring another manager in I believe Phil Parkinson would come back to Bradford City, rather than taking a chance of another position at a bigger club.

If he came back now, it would be unreal mate.

The reason I don't think he would come back is because of the mess the club is currently in and also the fact that Edin Rahic & Stefan still own the club. But you never know, he may just come!

 

I doubt parky would come back.

His reputation here is so high. Would he want to come back and spoil it?

 

I believe Bradford City has gone soft

We've fans on here that are just complaining because they don't like him. I don't like him.

With people that write things on websites that smack of favourism because they've got on with the manager.

We've turned into some second rate pointless people club that's getting nowhere for it.

We need a manager that's going to tell the club what needs doing. Grayson tried then left.

We don't need a Mr Nice Guy. We need a manager that can sort this shambles of a club out!

I feel he could but look I believe Hurst and the likes of Flynn, Kewell or Nolan could.

These players need someone they can look up too but Rhodes and Rupp need a manager that can say we need this that and the other now!

 

Jason McKeown reckons Rhodes is staying longer than just the remainder of this season.

Completely putting aside that he is an extremely unlikable character, where is the evidence that he is the man to keep us up?

It would have to be a heart to heart with Julian on the understanding he would be left to manage, I doubt very much Stefan would want to get involved he's not a football man, having said that he couldnt have made a worse job of it than Rahic did.

If he appoints Drury until the end of the season then is it really?

Look, Rhodes is a positive here for now but I am not interested in cheap season tickets. I want to see vast improvements on and off the pitch and I am yet to see it.

Like I say we need firm action now and we need plans in place.

Look the guys a proven cheat. He'll stop at nothing to gain an advantage by fair means or foul. He goes into games solely to affect and provoke officials, players and supporters of the opposition. Personally I prefer to win (and lose) games by honest endeavour. Quite frankly if you want to avoid becoming a second rate pointless club I'd stop advocating for Evans. Winning by his methods renders the whole game utterly pointless IMO.

After all he has been a part of over the last year I'm amazed Drury is still here. I'm confused but maybe I have missed something. Has McElhone gone too? According to the City website he is assistant manager and Drury is assistant coach. Surely McElhone should be in charge Saturday?

 

I agree with @Offcomedun on this matter. I will buy our season tickets but will not sit in them until Evans has gone. However, I don’t think Julian will do that to the club. Likewise I would have Warnock, no questions asked.
