Flyover Postponement

Maybe this is for the best if what @City-since-67 says is correct then its seems like a smart thing to do. Don't feel bad about it when this was first talked about and planned it didn't look like anything would be changing at city. In recent weeks things have changed . hopefully rumours of edin leaving happen. I'm happy for the money I put towards it to go to the burns unit or maybe a motonurone disease charity for darby.

 

If this is the case, then please @JonButterfield do not put yourself out of pocket whatsoever. Im happy to contribute again to fund the Burns Unit ( or any other cause) thereof.

For now, I'll leave you be and enjoy the game.

If the objective of the flyover is what I think it is, I think you can say its mission accomplished regardless.

I am disappointed it's been cancelled/postponed.

However, if @JonButterfield has judged that new info has come to light that renders the fly by redundant or inappropriate I am fully supportive of the decision.

I do hope though that we will have some information soon to justify why it hasn't happened rather than any ITK bollocks.

I would add my vote to splitting the money between the BU and MND.

As I've previously stated I'd have been happy with only Rahic's name on it, not Rupp's.
No refund for me, any money left I'm more than happy for the Burns Unit to receive it.

 

If the plane hasn't flown and fuel hasn't been used, then some refund should come back.

 

By comments coming from fellow posters it may not be Monday but it sounds like Edins days as Director of Football will be ending soon.
