    I've just cancelled Openreach and get it changed to Kcom in a week's time, saving "25.00 a month.

    That went well.

    Only 1 unexplained disconnection.

    My 36 year affiliation with BT is now over.

    £21 a month better off though.

    New boiler,cylinder, controls etc, 5 bags plus, next day adjustment needed, £295 call out

    No discounts attempted.
    I used to get my broadband and TNT sports free when I worked there.
    Since I finished in March they have had me on a 6 months discounted deal.
    They were then putting it up to £51.99 a month which is scandalous in the current market.
    I said that new customers got the discounted price and if I could have that I would sign up for 2 years.

    Young (disinterested) bloke said no so I said goodbye and put phone down.
    You fibre give me the same speed I’m on now for £25 a month
    They are installing next Wednesday.
    Absolutely no reason to stay with BT anymore with the amount of alternatives available.
