Blimey some are scrutinising a nearly 20K game attendance for a second round cup match.

Give your heads a shake.

 

The usual suspects.

What some don’t realise is that for some it’s got nothing to do with the cost.
Just because it’s a fiver doesn’t change people’s personal circumstances.
People maybe have something else to do on a midweek match night.

It happens.
The club is not the centre of everybody’s world.
People have lives away from the club.

 

Feels a bit tinpot all these attendance updates.

 

If tie was at Burnley ,would we take 5,000 ,don’t think so

We took 5,000 to Wigan in 2012 and the tickets were cheap then but not £5 cheap.

 

Course we would just a jaunt over the hills ...........we filled the away end at Hudders for a league cup game so why would we do the same there .............let's not forget we have a lot of fans going out that way

 

We took good numbers to Blackburn last year
Was more than£5
We would take 5000 to Burnley @ £5 without a doubt

 

If it was £5 I think we would, not far to travel and it would either be a new ground or a ground fans haven't been to in a while which always adds on a few

 

Don't you do many away games? In local games City fans have travelled in huge numbers for a good few years now.

 

At £5 a ticket, not even an hour journey (even shorter for those over Keefly way) against a team we havent played in 20 odd years....yeh easily. And some!!! Its a ground many havent even visited, and for me since the 1990s.

We took 3.3k to Blackburn 12 months ago, I was on holiday but imagine tickets were around £15?

 

Burnley expected to make wholesale changes to their starting eleven according to media reports no real suprise really.
