Best of luck to Sam with the rest of his career and beyond; a very likeable bloke and a very good freebie (or nominal fee).

A promotion and 4th place finish in the league above in his 2 full seasons, despite not the best last 6 months he'll be remembered fondly.

Can we change squad numbers now?. I presume we submitted them officially before last weekends game

 

It looks like all EFL clubs have to submit their full 22 man squad (25 in championship) within 24 hours of the window closing. Whether that can include changes to squad numbers is not very clear. I'd imagine if it isn't possible, we'll have a season with no number 1 as I just can't see them giving it to Dawson.

Lewis was here a year and had his head turned by Barnsley and coulsnt wait to leave for Carlisle.

He didnt love us, he just looks back on his time here with fondness because its the only period of success in his career.

 

I wouldn’t even say being beaten play off semi finalists is a success.
He cost us that 2nd leg up there with his day dreaming.
