    Hi. When I click on the ‘watch ad for 24 hour ad free access’ pop up, despite watching the ad and claiming my reward I get the same pop-up appearing again literally minutes later.

    Any suggestions?

    I had a similar issue with the same pop-up when I tried to log in. I never went down the route of watching the ad and the pop-up returned almost every time I tried to log on. A few other posters had the same issue. I referred the problem to @SimonW@SimonW who did something to BT but I don't know exactly what that was! It seemed to resolve the issue for a time but it still happens occasionally when accessing the site from my phone. Maybe it's time for Simon to investigate this issue further? It doesn't seem to have disappeared permanently.

    Your issue was different. You weren't watching the ad and it was preventing you logging in where you don't see ads as you have supporter status.

    With @Tolly856@Tolly856 I think its a cookie issue at his end so its not setting the indicator that the ad has been watched. Try clearing your cookies and cache and it should fix it
