New 2026/27 Kit

On kits, I've noticed thay clubs are leaving Macron at their first chance these days. There was a time 4 or 5 years back when Macron had a large market share in the EFL, but it's shrinking at pace now.

Blackburn left and Macron wanted to take them to court over it. Sheff Weds have left. Wrexham fans were fuming when they signed back on with Macron, from their talk on it they were offered a huge deal again and they get big creative control on design with Macron.

 

Looks like it will be similar to the Wrexham away kit from the 21/22 season but with buttons and a slightly different collar.

Hope it looks better in the official pics as it looks bloody awful in this pic. It’s up there with that royal blue shirt from a couple of years ago. Away kit should be white IMO.

Wonder what colour the shorts will be. I always worry if the kits are too dark it doesn’t help the players on the pitch.

 

Oooh, I kinda like that. Far better than the off pink & faded blue of last season. Oh boy, it might be time to dust off the credit card again...

Yeah it will probably be nonsense. Shirt will probably be very similar to it, not much you can do with teal and a collar unless theres some two tone thing or dip dye thing where it changes to white half way down or something. Macaulay Gillesphey modelling it though seems to be going about.

 

Saw a version doing the rounds with a few pinstripes added by some kid. Looked pretty good tbf.

 

Tbf i think the best shirt we've released so far is the Hawaiian one, might get the full set!

 

I don't think the black and white City badge adds much credibility to this.
