    See how he does in pre-season. Loans at that level of the pyramid for young lads are more a toughened up thing.

    Pointon could barely get a kick for Farsley Celtic and then the sesson after he was trusted in pre-season and given a go with Hughes.

    The other thing they have in common - no other league one club fancied them enough to offer them a contract 12 months ago. Now they've shown they can do it with us, they have offers.

    I know a player who was told when he said yes to a loan move got in the car and turned on the satnav and though best I fill up, he at least had heard of Bradford as his mate was already there

    Heard this rumour too. Didnt think we had a chance if Plymouth were in for him too. He got the player of the season for Plymouth last season whilst on loan there.
