    Reading his interview he says it's been ongoing a few weeks similar to Phillips. Maybe players have signed but held back for some reason

    The Yorkshire Post is reporting that Sheffield Wednesday were also interested in him. The only reason I can think of for him choosing us is that he feels there is a higher chance of first-team football. Personally, I think he'll start the season as number 1, then it is his spot to lose. Walker sadly is on the decline; this was a much-needed transfer.

    We had announced 7 signings by June 25th 2025, we are currently at 3. That said we ended up with 11 and don't see us going that high this year - assuming nobody else leaves of course. I make we need another 6 minimum. DF x2, MF x3, CF x1.

    They still have Pierce Charles, he is their number 1 as long as he stays. There have been some big teams teams linked with him but until he has gone, anyone who goes there will be number 2.

    The other factor could be the 3 year deal we offered.
