Tbf he did get Callum Wright to hibs (although others on here were on to that as well)

He did also mention Sam Bell name but that was before he re signed for Bristol city too.

But if nothing comes off anything else I will hold my hands up and say he was talking BS

Barnsley are making a good signing in Clayton Taylor from Australia I presume he is Phillips replacement as he can play on either wing or attacking midfield. I watch a bit of A league football on Saturday mornings and he has been in very good form this past year.

The A league is improving all the time and there are some decent players who would do a job in L1 and the championship over there. A few have signed for SPL clubs recently too maybe it's a league we should be looking at.

 

Chill mate its no problem, for me imo this site is very light hearted for most users on here, lack of signings so far have made a few a little jumpy it will sort itself out shortly

Added to this, would he get a work permit? Not like he has duel nationality or international appearances to help. These are the kind of signings we get told from our transfer team that work permit issues block these kind of transfers.

 

As you say they don't have to read them, yet they do then question the poster in a "transfer rumour" thread.

There wouldn’t be a thread on here if people didn’t post them. What is not so good is when a reliable poster like @Bradford End says two have signed player all pr and photos done and nothing materialises. I think it’s worse when Simon Parker is on holiday because we don’t get updates from the manager as to the state of play

 

One was announced last week. The other, believe it or not, is still a done deal.

I can’t explain why they haven’t announced it.

 

Player on holiday perhaps?

 

Something's just popped into my head and I apologise if I've imagined this, but didn't you post a while back that there was likely to be a delay in some signings being announced this summer because for some reason, Sharpe wanted to hold them back?
