It is clear that Huddersfield have suffered financially massively every which way possible . Transfer fee, wages . They must be paying most of his salary for him to move to Doncaster for the next couple of seasons , otherwise he could just do a Vidaine Oliver.?

 

I doubt it VV much , they won’t have paid for him and they won’t be paying his massive wages for two years ….guess who will?

 

I’d read somewhere , probably Hudds forum or a podcast he was on £12-15k a week . Remember he came straight from Birmingham who were paying CC wages and transfer fees at the time ( Stansfield) . He won’t go on reduced wages , 100% gauranteed . I suspect Town have had to bite the bullet to get him off the books. Your example of the process is likely fair , bar the numbers.

 

It's neither. It's the summer and everyone is entitled to holidays and some time off to recharge the batteries.

 

He's a great player, I'd have taken him in s heart beat. He'd have also fitted into our system perfectly with his work rate and press.

So I'm fully expecting this to take place prior to the World Cup Final, with Charlie leading out a team of NFL Cheerleaders, resplendent in the new blue shirt inspired by the 1996 Diamond Seal one. The problems at town (or at least what we saw last season) run deeper than one player and they've had several scapegoats like the lad who went on loan to Wigan and now perhaps May. They need to do a bit of a clear out and get a clear way of playing and some more appropriate players in if they want to go up.

 

I wouldn't of minded us going for Joe Gardner from forest who was at Mansfield on loan last season. Can play on either flank and at 21 room to improve. Looks like he may be going to Falkirk though.
