    I live quite close to the M62.There is a reason why the locals call it "the highway to hell".It's an absolute nightmare.

    Fully agree. I hope we don’t rely on 1x new signing and Lapslie been 3rd choice/challenger. For all Lapslie great end of season form (and I really like him BTW), he still has a lot to prove to put himself in contention as a regular ‘go to’ at CM.

    Two new signings in that spot is an absolute minimum.

    I have nothing against Max Power, and fully understand his rationale. I think his closing statement was classy.

    However if Wigan are doing well next season, I'm hoping we give him some good-natured stick next season.

    He isn't a City player anymore and has gone to a potential rival. Yes, Wigan were crap this season, but that can turn around quickly with the right players - and Power would certainly look like one!

    Pleasant applause pre-kick off, then a cascade of boos when the whistle blows.

    I think he means playing over in Denmark, in a poor league structure and only making 10 substitute appearences. Nobody watches or follows Danish football unless you are Danish.

    Be anyone credible? Ive mentioned Wright a few times as an ambition. Liked what I saw against us and his numbers add up.

    Same "Trek" as when we rescued him from 2 years overseas and the same if we had won promotion (pretty sure he wouldn't even consider Wigan if we had)
    Really not bothered he has gone his end of season form was poor he never could take a free kick or corner
    The only thing we may miss is his leadership qualities but by no means irreplaceable
    Good luck to him Metcalfe will be a far better option going forward
