Cant be much worse! Tough to judge much from his time in that Championship Wednesday side, they were truly honking. He scored 8 goals in 31 games at a goal every 190 mins for Lincoln the season before on loan.

 

Wrexham saw enough of him to BUY him from Wed last season ?

 

Yeah he's probably looked at with decent potential. Like I say, numbers show he had a fairly decent L1 run at Lincoln. Looks like he had 2 goals from 44 shots in 29 appearances for Wednesday last season from 2,133 mins of football.

Surely Wrexham will be wary of loaning players to us given how we treated Wheatley and Mullin (amongst others).

 

You are implying we treated them badly?

Both players were given chances and they were very poor. Parky would have done the very same with loan players not performing

 

I don't think they were treated particularly badly, the point is no loan player seem to develop and flourish with us last season so clubs might be wary of using us for their young upcoming players next. Contrast this with many other league 1 clubs where certain players will have increased in value for their parent club or at worst gained some valuable match time experience.

 

According to SportsPeteO, a number of L1 clubs have already contacted Spurs to take on Tyrese Hall on loan. He's a 20 year old central midfielder. He's had an in and out loan spell at Notts this season but he managed 39 games (17 starts) in all comps, he managed 8 goals and 2 assists from 1,850 mins. Not a huge amount of minutes per app, but he seemed to have a good eye for goal when he did play from midfield.

Pete says some L1 clubs interested will be attending the Jamaica vs India game tonight to have an eye on Hall. Pete not really doing a great deal to hide the fact he is talking to this lads agent at all tog et some info out into the market

 

Had a chat at lunch with my Weds mate in the office. Said he'd be surprised if they dont go back in for Cadamateri either, but said he's a physical striker, did a lot of the donkey work for their team when he started, will press for days. Got a bit of pace to him and gets himself stuck in. He said when they played long to him it needed to be in the channels and he'd have a chance, he didn't win much 1 on 1 jumping because he isn't the tallest but even if he did they were that crap going forward it always went to nobody. He said he's decent but needs a lot of work infront of goal, finishing isn't his strong point yet but he's only young.

Sounds like Wednesday are being linked to anyone whos done well in L1 over the last few years, but their keeper is apparently off to Man City. He thinks they are trying to get Tayo back next season.

That was my first thought if Cadders were to drop to league 1 for a season, it would be back to Wednesday.
