I'm holding off a buying any more MLS cards right now as the ones I would like to buy are a little too expensive still for where I need it to be to be sure I will make a profit. I would expect them to be in the range I'm looking at by the end of the month

 

My crafts. First one is excellent. Admittedly I don't have enough K-League in seasons to enter but it gives me another All-Star card to use over the summer


Second one was only best of t2 (4 star) so I didn't waste any clues on and didn't get a bad pick. Not the best but he plays and only two others would have been better




My third was also a bets of T2. I wouldn't have had enough for another craft so I used the clues. The craft helper said a there were only two Belgium players in Portugal both T2 so I went for that and got a decent pick.

 

Had a fairly good weekend even though I missed out on everything streak going.



Used it to craft and got a Special T2. The options were all fairly good. The MLS was tempting (or maybe the K-League as I would only be 1card away from putting out an in-season lineup. Went for the Ecuadorian Ligue 1 as there was just 1 card which was a guaranteed star. Only a few games left obviously but was looking at the World Cup. If I can pick up a cheap striker I might also be able to get a few streak rewards before the end of the season as well

 

Technically I missed out on Challenger streak by around the same. However I had already claimed the streak before opta scored one of my players down so got the streak still. I do wonder if I would have still got it if I had tried to claim it later



Will do a limited craft (or 2) later. Might also use my rare essence now with only the first 1500 carrying over in full next season as my 2800 would only be worth about 1700 if I wait to June/July. Might just do a couple of punts and hope to get one good rare card for all star next season

 

First draft was just a standard with best being a T2



Craft Helper did say I should have gone of Boskovic but went for the Turkish Player in Turkey just because there wrestling some good players in there who do start for Turkey and they have a pretty decent group. As it is I got someone who is generally in the squad but not a starter. Should be useful for Classic next season though or Turkish Arena's

Next one I got a Special Star.




Missed out on the Star though. The 3 MLS ones were more attractive than a Mali player in Ligue 1. Sangara would have been a great card to get but like 5 games vs most of the season was just too much of a draw plus the craft helper told me to go for the Brazilian MLS player (After all that does include the guy who is outscoring Messi in l10 this season) but I wasn't lucky enough to to get him (Or Evander, Pec or Deniel TBH a few of the T1's and T2's would have been nice here).

I guess if Austin can start playing a bit better he has in the past been able to hit good scores regularly so hopefully that happens.

Still trying to decide on what to do with Rare essence. I could do 1 and have enough for League and Nationality reveal if I get a standard draw or do I do 2 and not clues and hope 2 gives me more chance to get lucky than 1 with 2 clues

 

Seems we might be about to get 133 extra Erevidise matches in the current season.

Apparently dutch law means if you take nationality of a different country you instantly lose dutch nationality meaning to play in the dutch league they need work permits. Apparently there are 11 players across 8 clubs who have switched nationality to places like Cape Verde, Indonesia and Suriname but didn't apply for work permits as apparently neither the players or clubs realised this so the players were not permitted to play. One of the clubs who played against one of the 8 with this issue is in court fighting it and have requested all their matches against these 8 is repeated. Other clubs including Ajax have said they want their matches replayed against these 8 if the case is successful. It's 133 matches in total and they would all need replayed before next season starts. It's almost tempting to pick up a load of cheap Erevidise players

 

Took a punt with my rare essence. First one I got



So not great. Not a great selection though. Davidsen wouldn't have been bad seeing as he is only 20 or Musaba as a 24 year old Forward who plays for Fenerbahce wouldn't have been bad. Ideally I would have liked a playing MLS, J-League or K-League player to help entering Rare over the summer but there wasn't any of those



So thats not a bad pull, certainly the best I could have got.

As for the last Game Week.



It's a little annoying winning the cash as I needed essences to enter arena's this weekend. I'm going to have to leave alot of good cards out of lineups because of it. And I was 5th which was $40 but either the old 6th got more points or I lost some as I'm now 1.18 points away from that now



Annoyingly I could have got higher, even first with my lineups being correct



Swap keepers. Then put Sarr in Victors place and I'm first. Or even just swapping keepers and defenders

 

Went back up to 5th so won $42

 

Missed out on a few streaks due to last minute goals (including Pickford conceding that last minute goal)
