Lots of talk about the money being forked out by Bolton on loan players, but that is what we need to reach the next level.

Their wide players compared to ours was like chalk and cheese, Baldwin will be having nightmares tonight.

If only we had direct pacy width prepared to take on players instead of neufville on one side who has the first touch of an elephant and refuses to run by a player and Humphreys on the other side who today had one of his special "I dont give a toss days".

Plenty of work to do over the coming week, we desperately need to work on something, as for all our battling qualities we really do lack anyone with a even a modicum of creativity

Harsh on Neufville that. He very clearly does take players on at every opportunity but he does have a habit of letting the ball get away from him.

Them three times he had the ball in the six minutes injury time was crazy. One he took an age with the ball at his feet and then promptly kicked straight into touch.

If he had pissed about that much at Barnsley last week, we'd be in the play offs now

However the season ends,we have to give credit for being in this position
We are a newly promoted club and despite our larger crowds, still have far less spending power than many
We have battling qualities , but lack football quality
Something we have to try and improve for next season

As GA says in his post match interview, it wouldn't be the Bradford way if it didn't go to the very last game. It's nice to have a USP but I really wish this wasn't ours.

I'm not sure he does, or certainly doesnt do it often enough for me.

It maybe that he is wary of his defensive duties which is fair enough but to me to often he seems to jog up to the defence before rolling the ball backwards instead of engaging the defender and taking him on from deep.

Maybe he is different type of player but he strikes me has been someone who really could be in the Jermaine Johnson / Omar Daley mode who could really take off from deep and terrorise the full back.

Maybe I am being overly critical but I always seem to want more from him than he offers

Considering we were 11 points clear of 7th January (possibly February) then this is one almighty fall off

If only he'd done that last week at Barnsley instead of putting it straight down their keepers throat so he could bang it back up field into our final third.

I'd rather have one quality loan than a collection of White,Sibley, Wheatley, Mullin whom collectively have done sweet fcuk all between them for us since January

Fair point-incidentally coincides with 3 of our most creative players being injured at one time or another and all 3 are out right now.

Yeh I will give credit to the club but the players can get stuffed if they bottle this now.

And if we had taken advantage of our wonderful position and recruited accordingly we may have had sufficient cover for those players or maybe would have been able to rest them a bit before they got injured

It is and it should never have happened. Part of it comes down to bad luck in having our three best attacking players out injured at the same time, but the main reason we are still not guaranteed a playoff spot despite being in the top 6 all season is poor recruitment in January which we got badly, badly wrong.

    A bit harsh
Put Bobby ,Tyriek Sarce back into that team today and I sure our quality would have been better
It just a shame, that they all appear to get injuries that keep them out for regular long spells and all three currently is a blow

Another fair point. I cannot recall a transfer window where we have got it almost spot in all areas since the season we got promoted to the PL. Can you?

January most certainly was poor, but was that the club keeping its powder dry or not wanting promotion at this stage, the step up again is massive and not many of the squad could make that step in my eyes

Theyve been up there all season and suddenly gone to a canter. They get the plaudits but can also get criticism if they throw this away. Might be harsh but they are grown men who need to hold their bottle now.

Cissoko looked a player. Gave Baldwin problems all afternoon. That said Bolton fans stating it was his best game of the season so we might have witnessed him at his best. Hopefully we handle him better when we get into the playoffs…
Thought Tilt was immense. On and on.
