Looking at the highlights it's definitely Baldwin in front so I reckon we've massively got away with one there.

We got lucky there because the referee is useless.

 

In fairness, if that's given (and it should hand been) then an equaliser turns the incident into a 10 page thread about Baldwin with our without my opinion.

Bailey handled the ball. It can easily be seen from the cameras in the Kop and Pearson tried to claim we handled .
