    Just seen this (from 1981 apparently)
    We've now got some of the cheapest season tickets but then it seems we had some of the most expensive ones in our division.

    I seem to remember paying £1.50 back then as a 15yr old at the time, and I think it was 45p for juniors and 65p for adults in about 77

    I would imagine that price was in the stand and Bradford end or kop would have been cheaper

    In 1976/77 the adult admission price was 65p for adults at almost every 4th division ground, although Brentford charged 70p. 65p in 1977 equates to £3.85 in today's money.

    Perhaps when we finally reach the pinnacle of this upward curve in fortune Stefan will make good of Edin's words that they won't need to charge us to watch in the premier league

    Isn’t it accurate to suggest not one Prem club need to charge admission , it’s been said many times.

    I believe Edin said £1 a ticket for a game if we made it to the premier league.
