I usually pick up about 9 boxes of 3, which should last me a while as they are locked up in my secret stash.

 

Come on, how many people pulled the walnut off and threw it away. The walnut was an unnecessary evil on an otherwise fine chocolate delight.

 

I blame the EU, It is quite clear it was an EU decision to take the walnut off the Walnut whip and reduce it to just "The Whip" After Brexit it will be reinstated to its former glory when we can import cheaper walnuts

 

Much more likely that it will be unavailable due to shortages. Or that we'll import it from the USA and it will be twice the price, half the size and made from chlorinated chocolate substitute with a GM walnut harvested by illegal Latino workers on poverty wages.

 

Anyone remember the original walnut whip? It was called Duncan's walnut whip and the walnut was on the inside on the base filled with a creamy filling, Eventually changing to Rowntrees the walnut was moved to the outside on the top and now it has been removed altogether by Nestle saving the cost of around one million walnuts a week, Of course I blame the EU for such a decision depriving us of a UK treat for denying orders not to leave and daring to want to have our own mind.
