    If GB's experimenting then he should bloody well say so.Think we've had enough of false promises and excuses for aimless selections. We should be building things up, not dismantling any chance of finding our feet. This squad certainly needs 4 or 5 more additions and if we are hanging it out until January, we are in for a rocky time barring a miracle turnaround.

    Am I wrong to contemplate that Bowyer might not be all that? He got knack all out of those last year in the 13 games or whatever he had and has done bugger all from what I have seen in pre season or thus far to suggest the next 9 months might be any different

    French wow feel for the lad had a shocker
    Devine sums up how far we’ve fallen as a club totally out of his depth
    Akpan has been Akpan absolutely woeful and appears not to care
    Given wages and initial outlay I think Doyle could be our worst ever signing

    On a positive Paudie is a class above any other city player, if he doesn’t start Saturday then god knows about the gaffer

    As City fans we should know the squad is severely lacking in quality. I don’t get the upset unfortunately. We’re playing a settled championship club, streets ahead of where we are. It’s going to take time and patience to weed out the dross in our squad. Bowyer knows it’s a results game and I don’t believe he’ll continue playing poor performers for much longer.

    It was always going to be a tough ask tonight. We’re a million miles away from being the settled side that PP had so much success with.
