Have been under the weather during last few months.
Can you chaps in the know tell me what the official club position is ?
    Is he in custody?
    Has he been found guilty?
Some up to date clarification would be much appreciated.

He’s not been charged with anything I don’t think.
I’d put him back in the team until he is and even then until found guilty by the courts I’d still play him.
There’s no rules to say we can’t

The club acted far to rashly in suspending him, Until he was actually charged he should have been supported and allowed to play,

Police not spoken to the player since it happened, its the club who fail to unban him.

Why, for talking about an issue surrounding the club? Nothing bad been said, just people sharing info. Get a grip

Can not see them ever coming back if what has been claimed has been alledged is true. Can not see the parents wanting them to return if they believe what has been claimed

The lack of evidence in a court of law is not the same as circumstantial evidence known by the parties involved. In other words there could be circumstances that point to someones guilt that are obvious yet not admissible in court.

Though this is just an observation of a legal scenario i do not claim to know or suggest anything in regards to TR and in fact my comments are more than likely waffle and definitely not libelous.

He seems to be back posting on twitter. At least that shows some strength of character in the lad.
Not sure he'll ever play for us or anyone again, at least not in the immediate future.

Just a feeling mate. Let's say this season is a write off. He'll come back either in the last year of his contract or out of contract and have to work his way back into football.

And this is exactly why the system is wrong on so many levels.
It's no longer innocent until proven guilty. Rather guilty until proven innocent.
If tr is found not to be guilty, I would welcome him back, or wish him the best at any other club.

Why should a man have his name, reputation and career taken from him if he's found not guilty?

    I agree
Most businesses are risk-averse though and are told the way to minimise reputational risk is to suspend the employee.
Sad, but the way it is.

Plus the club could still sack him not he exact same
Evidence as the burden of proof is lower in a civil case which employment law is

It’s a bit of a disgrace that someone has to wait so long with a massive cloud over their head have to wait so long to find out their fate.
I know there is a backlog but it doesn’t seem fair
