    Wright has passed the pointing baton on to Akpan. Lots of pointing and offers nothing else. Get shut as soon as possible. Sub part of his wages if necessary. He is appalling.

    Akpan is as useless as Doyle, IMHO.

    Two 'big' signings who do nothing at all - and actively do nothing, too.

    Whilst I totally agree, somehow cannot see it happening. A couple of inexperienced loan players coming in on last day of window, is all I am expecting

    It would be interesting to see what Doyle Can do with passes down the side of him to move onto. We need someone who can do that . James Hanson has gone stop pumping it up in the air (unless donaldsons playing)

    What would be more interesting is somehow getting shut of Doyle, and replacing him with a striker with a bit more pace and power

    Agreed.

    He needs to be dropped, and we need to focus on the strikers with actual ability and play to THEIR strengths.

    We have to get Donaldson and Vaughan clicking together.

    They need to be the focus this season, and the head of the diamond needs to be more a midfielder than a forward.
