    But I repeat the point. Before we saw O’Donnell, folks looked at his record and claimed he was a good signing. He did well until February and suddenly he’s dog sh1t.

    Yet, those same people can throw other names around without knowing if they are just as inconsistent. You can’t judge a player on 10secs of tv footage every week. Surely you we’d to see the player in competitive action for more than a few seconds to be able to compare??!!!

    I've not said anywhere that O'Donnell is below league 1 level so not quite sure why I would need to answer that.

    Your question though is an extremely poor one. Track record, reputation and actual achievements in the form of awards and promotions can all be used to form an opinion that one player is superior to the other. The only reason you're so fixated on using one bit of criteria that is both irrational and nigh on impossible to answer is because you know you won't get a response to it and it allows you to put one on the point scoring column.

    I've just been catching up on happenings City wise and in his post match interview with Radio Leeds on Saturday Gary Bowyer mentioned a behind closed doors friendly was due to be happening today, anyone know if it did or didn't happen?

    He also stated that there was an offer for Callum Cooke and that was described as derisory too. Weren’t we supposed to have had an offer turned down for him.

    I don't subscribe to this idea that to pass an opinion on any player we're gonna have had to see them play for a full season. since most of us won't have seen anyone that doesn't play for Bradford City already play for a full season does that mean we can't have an opinion on anyone we may be linked with or plays elsewhere?
