After he left City, Tibor spent some time in the non-leagues and then went into teaching. He went into Sunday Alliance league football where he stood out and helped a number of teams work their way up the leagues. He spent some time in the US running football academies but came back to the UK and went back into supply teaching.

I played with Frank at Wibsey Junior School when we won Bradford Junior School Trophy at Park Avenue in 1968. Knew Tibor as well. Both good players.
