We bossed many games and I posted as much, unfortunately it didn't always bringing the desired result, the Wembley Final being a great example the final third we shot blanks, even though we had 61% of possession, yet the corner stats say we had 5 but Millwall had 14, that would suggest to me they had far more involvement in our penalty area than we did in theirs, which again makes my point having the ball in areas that don't damage team is not a lot of good.

Now your making stuff up to try and help your argument.

If we are going to debate players "taking a dive" the season Stuart got sacked is a great example of players taking a dive after the Fleetwood game and before the Wycombe Wanderers debacle which eventually cost Stuart his job,

 

I respect that he got us out of league two, and delivered the greatest fa cup shock of all time although it could be argued he nearly bottled that league season with a collapse when we should have been top 3.

But for that achievement I wouldn’t take him back, and I am very glad he is no longer our manager.

 

Whether you would have him back or not, I am sure you agree then that Parky gave us far more memorable moments than McCall did as a manager?

 

Parky was granted far longer than Stuart McCall was. And Parky somehow survived worse runs than McCall was unfairly sacked for.

people on here are desperate to disrespect and criticise Stuart. I genuinely don't understand it. he's the biggest legend this club's ever produced. he should be reveered like Lampard at Chelsea, Gerrard at Liverpool etc but not here, no sense of loyalty or gratitude in City fans.

That isn’t true. Not everyone on here anyway.

And I never said it did. But he is.

 

No of course Parky has achieved more, that’s not in question, never has been.

But just because Parky has been a manager longer and had more jobs and has done some decent things in that long career doesn’t make him better than McCall.

This is all my opinion, but I don’t rate Parky as a manager. I hate his dinosaur tactics and it baffles me that so many think he is great.
I much preferred McCall’s Bradford City and I think he did well. Scunthorpe didn’t go well for him, though one could argue he should have got a little bit longer, but he performed nothing short of minor miracles at Motherwell so he’s capable and plays the right way. I rate him higher than Parky. Cup runs, and league 2 play off wins or not.

 

McCall of course achieved Champions League qualification, which is really not to be dismissed lightly even if it came in the SPlol.

I don't have an obsession with McCall, I just happen to be one of the only people that posts on here that will defend him.
and I have no issues telling the world that Parky is a fraud. thats all.
