Wherever he ends up, I hope he kicks on and has a great career. Seems like a really nice lad.

If he is here, I hope the staff try coach in a way of Tayo committing the defender more. I like him, I just think he'd be far more of a threat if he made the marking defender bab himself more. The amount of times he has a guy one on one with 20/30 yards of empty field to run into and he never looks sure or willing to try stretch the guy or drive into the space. Think if he can find a way of driving the ball more and being a threat, he could be a great LWB.

 

I think he is a fantastic footballer; pace to burn and a toughie. You can see he enjoys playing. I would be pleased if he came back to us.

As good as Tayo is and I do like him he has some tough competition at Palace, I enjoy watching Palace they have some great lads playing for them, in fact if I was unfortunate enough to live in London I think they would be my team to support, hope he comes back though whatever the circumstances ....

 

I think Wilson was always worth a punt. Wasn't he player of the year in the Welsh league when we signed him. He won't have been on big money and to be fair in his few appearances he never let us down and scored a great goal. GA just didn't fancy him, or didn't fancy an out and out winger

 

They are a great team, sadly for him I can’t see him breaking into it . I think we have a real chance with him , not as a loan either?

He's got 2 years left at Palace, it looks like he signed a new 3 year deal before going out on loan to Stockport at the start of the season.
If we do get him back on loan next season I would imagine it will be one we're taking a risk on that he could be recalled in January if the loan was going well and Palace want him to move up a level

 

I think there's every chance he goes back to TNS, he's had 2 good spells at the club and with the way the UEFA competitions are set up now if they win the Champions League 1st qualifying round match they then only have to win at least 1 out of 3 ties to guarantee a group stage place.
I think there is a decent player in there and he could have offers from the National League and lower end league 2 as well, it then comes down to what his motivations are.

I can't remember where it was said but it was said a month or so ago on here when he was being discussed, I'll try to find the post.

 

I was under the impression he is out of contract but they do have an option to extend. Can't find anything to say either way tbh

 

It looks like it's similar to Mellon that he signed a new contact before going out on loan but it didn't get announced publicly so the data websites don't pick it up. On the Palace documentary that was on channel 4 they covered him signing his first contract and that expired at the end of last season or the season before so he's signed at least 1 new deal since that one.

 

Doesn’t Reece Burke play for Luton so he is league one !

 

Yer, good thinking, two year deal with them, does well for us for a year and they could sell for a nominal fee with a year left.

He will stay in L 1 on Prem wages….unless a CC club pays him Prem wages, which non will. Why should they ?
