While we didnt pay transfer fees, we will have paid decent signing on fees for 1 or 2, especially the more in demand players to beat off competition and entice them here. Pretty sure the 7 fees will add up to a decent sum.

Agyei is expected to return to Izmit and sign an official contract before the camp
Continuing his transfer work, Kocaelispor Leyton Orient's Daniel Ebenezer Agyei arrived in Izmit yesterday and underwent a health check. It was stated that Daniel Agyei, who returned to his country after the health check, will return again until the camp. The football player, whose contract with his club will end on June 30, is expected to come to the city later and join Kocaelispor's Topuk Yaylası camp.

Orient just confirmed on twitter that Agyei has left the club, guessing he'll be a something-spor player soon (cant remember the team but it's probably ending in spor).

Nearly 500 appearances and 99% at right back, not only a position we don't use but even right wing back, the position where he might play looks like our strongest area of the squad.

This would be one of the most bizarre signings I've seen unless Halliday is moving on and he's the replacement.

 

He may just have asked for a trial as he is local or jut wanting a chance to stay fit. Same with the other guy

Tayo was kept out of the Stockport team by Touray, no way will he come back now.

Be a bit odd for Halliday to move given he just convinced his best mate to join us.

 

We will just trigger the 1 year option on June 30th. If he doesnt want to extend his stay then fine, can leave for free in 12 months or be sold at a fee we think is reasonable - if thats the case. The compo we get this summer will be pennies.

And no way Tayo returns to be second fiddle to Touray again. We always have Wright as an option (not ideal but GA thinks different) and then if Hunt does indeed sign, Neufville could be an option at LWB also.

 

We may be looking to negotiate down his basic based on his injury record, with more for appearances.
I'm not sure if we will trigger the extension on that basis.
